Since 2004 owner David Howden and farmer/butcher Jon Wilkins have been building up a thriving herd of English Longhorn cattle as well as a sizeable family of rare breed pigs.
Their love of food and passion for breeding animals has led to the production of the highest quality meat and charcuterie.
The Pointer Butchers have since 2011 supplied cooked meals to Brill village primary school and now also supply Oakley school. We get fantastic feedback from both children and parent who thoroughly enjoy the hot meals.
We are always very happy to help with any advice on quantities, different cuts and anything else meat.
